HAPPY MAHA NAVAMI

This day commemorates Goddess Durga's ultimate victory over the buffalo demon Mahishasura. It is believed that the Goddess defeated him in her fierce form, earning her the title of Mahishasuramardhini. Maha Navami also celebrates Maa Durga's enduring presence among her devotees.
